Multichoice Nigeria announced on Monday that the sixth season of the reality show Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) will premiere on July 24.

Martin Mabudu, Multichoice account manager, revealed this to journalists, saying this year’s edition of the reality show will run for 72 days and end on October 3, 2021.

Last year’s winner of BBNaija Lockdown was Olamilekan Agbeleshe, also known as Laycon.

He won N30 million in cash, a two-bedroom apartment from Revolution Plus, a top-of-the-line SUV from Nigerian automaker Innoson Motors, a trip to Dublin from Guinness, and home appliances from Scanfrost.

A vacation to Dubai, courtesy of Travelbeta, a year’s supply of Indomie pasta, Munch it and Colgate toothpaste, a year’s supply of Pepsi, a branded refrigerator, a trip to the UEFA Champions League final and a brand new Oppo smartphone are among the other prizes.

Mercy Eke, the winner of BBNaija 2019, received a prize money of N30 million as well as other great prizes.
