Chelsea defender Fiyako Tomori is set to join AC Milan after struggling for regular playing time at Stamford Bridge.

According to reports, Milan will sign Tomori on loan, with an option to buy.

There are rumors of a buy-back clause for Chelsea, which would provide them with some sort of insurance.
