The Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah dropped some nice photos of herself while celebrating her 37th birthday today (12/05/2020)
Jackie was born on December 5, 1983 in Toronto (Canada) from Ghanaian parents and moved to Ghana with her mother at the age of 10.
Her career as an actress began with the role she played in one of Ghana’s best television series “Things We Do For Love” in the early 2000s. About 15 years of her casting in this series she played a role in the sequel of the series, which was now defunct as “YOLO”.
She is a very big name when it comes to the big screen as she has starred in several movies on the African continent, including movies like The Heart of Men, The King is Mine, Beyonce, The Power of a Woman, Golden Stool, Turning Point, Reason to K**l, Perfect Picture etc.
The Mother of a Child has won many awards throughout Africa including Ghana Movies Awards, Africa Movies Academy Awards, City People Entertainment Awards, Nigerian Entertainment Awards, 2015 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and others.
