YFM introduces a new lineup. It’s that time of year when radio stations across the country make big changes.
A few weeks ago 94.7 announced their new lineup where they introduced some new faces.
Power FM is also another radio station that recently made some changes. The latest radio station to announce a new lineup is YFM.
Starting April 6, the young radio station will have new faces and new shows here and there.
Khutso Theledi, who previously hosted “Krunch with Khutso” from 9 a.m. to noon, will now take over the coveted slot between 3 and 6 p.m. on weekdays.
She will be in the driver’s seat, surrounded by all-female voices on news, sports and traffic. The Lady on Drive encompasses the ultimate afternoon experience with a strong voice that calls the shots and aims to inspire. Listeners contribute to the driving thrill that is the goal of the show.
Supta will co-host The A-List, a new brunch show, with co-host Tshepi between 9 a.m. and noon. Supta will continue to host The Plug on Fridays and Saturdays.
Tshepi returns to YFM and will also host the Saturday show from 2 to 6 p.m., The Sweet Escape. Lula Odiba takes the slot between 7 and 10 p.m.
The Nightcap with Lula Odiba will focus on music and, for the first time, will include a full hour of talk each night, with Lula giving young people a platform to talk openly about their problems.
