It is often said that one needs to make your request known – and this is exactly what one TikToker did after realising that her monthly supply of coffee has reached its end. Taking to her social media account, the user whose handle is @siphe_gift pleaded with the coffee manufacturing company Jacobs to assist her in supplying refills on her coffee.
It turns out that the company saw managed to come as they later gifted her an entire PR package, which she later shared with her followers.
Meanwhile, that was not all as she later discovered a gift voucher along with the endless other surprises inside.
Overwhelmed by their kind gesture, she responded saying that she was going to cry.
Siphe’s surprise comes after many people began sharing her initial post which ultimately gained the attention of the renowned coffee brand.
Captioning her post she expresses her gratitude writing: “Thanks to you all for liking, reposting that video and tagging Jacobs on that video.
“This wouldn’t have happened without all of you, really. Thank you so much! And a big thank you to Jacobs Krõnung South Africa.”

Many took to the comments sharing in her joy.
“Yes! Now Sicela (can we have a) coffee invite! This is so sweet man,” wrote one user.
Another added: “Yes, yes, you’re welcome to invite me for a good cup of coffee.”
